Can I reschedule my class?
You may reschedule your class to a later date of your choice, provided you do so at least 16 hours in advance of the class start time. To do this, simply log into the website using the email address used when booking, and head to 'My Bookings'. N.b. it is not currently possible to reschedule to a different class type.
Can I Cancel my booking?
As a small business, we are unable to cancel/refund a single session booking. However, if you have a Block or Membership then you may cancel your session from your 'My Bookings' area, and the session will be credited back to you (provided you give 16 hours notice before the class start time).
Can I leave my valuables in safe place?
Yes, we have a cosy waiting area in the Yoga Studio where you can leave bags, shoes, etc.

What should I bring?
All equipment is provided - mats, blocks, bolsters, straps. If you would like to bring your own mat you are more than welcome too. Please bring water, and clothes you can easily move and stretch in.

How long should I arrive before the class?
Please arrive at least 5 mins before the start of the class, as doors are locked once class is in session. Doors open 15 mins before the class is due to start.

Are there toilets and changing facilities?
Yes, we have a toilet cubicle which is large enough to change in.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes! Vibes was set up to bring the joys of yoga to as many people as possible. We welcome everyone to discover yoga with a friendly and down-to-earth approach. At a basic level, you need to be able to get down to the floor and back up again and have a reasonable level of mobility. Teachers will always offer modifications to suit different levels of ability. N.b. you will need to be able to walk down a flight of stairs to enter the yoga studio. We offer a number of beginner classes, but beginners are also welcome to try any of our classes too.

Can I join in if i am pregnant?
We cannot permit anyone beyond 14 weeks of pregnancy to practice yoga; however our Prenatal Pregnancy Yoga Classes are the perfect way to enjoy health and wellbeing in mind and body throughout your pregnancy. These classes are run by local Community Interest Group, WOMB. More info and the link to book can be found here: wombcic.co.uk/events

Can I join in if i am injured?
If you have a sever injury then you should not attend until a medical practitioner has advised that it is safe for you to do so, and it feels right for you. Please also let the teacher know before the beginning of the class if you are recently recovering from an injury, or have any particular aches or pains, as the teacher may advise you to sit-out of certain movements to avoid aggravating your injury. They may also offer modifications.​
