I recently taught my first class actually at Vibes!


And it was such a huge moment that it felt right for me to theme it around 'finding the fire within' – that strength deep down that we all know we have, but can sometimes be hard to find...



It’s so awesome that yoga not only helps you stay fit and healthy but is also an equally good tool for finding your self-confidence, strength, and determination.


Here are 5 ways yoga can help you shine brighter!

1) Embrace Your Inner Strength:


Yoga is all about connecting mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional poses and breathing techniques, yoga taps into your inner strength and creates a sense of empowerment (think Warrior 2!).


Embodying this feeling on the mat leads to believing in your own abilities, which then eventually extends beyond your yoga mat and into all aspects of your life.


2) Face challenges & overcome fears:

Yoga really does encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and face things head-on! Whether it's attempting a challenging pose or holding a balance for an extra breath, every accomplishment fuels your confidence.


As you conquer physical challenges on the mat, you develop the courage and resilience to tackle obstacles in your daily life. Then with each hurdle you overcome, you become stronger, more resilient, and more self-assured.
