Join us for this awesome pop up event! Friday 18th August 7-9 pm N.b. Due to the stormy weather forecast for Friday, the ceremony will be held at Vibes studio. All elements of the ceremony are still included (minus the fire pit! 😂), and in recognition of the fact it’s not on the beach, we will be gifting a free future yoga class to anyone who books & joins us 🤗 . Join us for a delicious & dreamy BEACH CEREMONY 💫 Hosted by Jen & Tash. After warm welcomes we will take you on a journey… connecting to the earth’s energy, embracing the gorgeous sounds of our surroundings, and tuning inward to connect to ourselves, and to relax and recharge, emerging feeling empowered and amazing…. Experience and enjoy: ⁃ Breathwork 🌬️ ⁃ 45 min Yoga flow 🧘‍♀️ ⁃ Guided meditation ✌️ ⁃ Journaling & Intention-setting circle ✨ ⁃ Fire pit 🔥 ⁃ Toasting marshmallows to make s’mores 🤤 ⁃ Optional sea dip to finish 🌊 All in a safe, supportive vibe. We will connect with each other, shares giggles and marshmallows and have an all-round lush time 😃 £29 pp, and also includes a little wellbeing gift bag to take away 🛍️ No prior experience necessary for any of the listed activities. 👌 All welcome, men, women, anyone, come as you are 🤗 Just an open heart & an open mind is all you need 😀 (Simply hit 'Book Now', then scroll to 18th August to find and book the event) Important: We meet at Barry Island Promenade, and will walk to the spot on the beach just in front together. Parking is free on street in the surrounding area, or there is Harbour Road Pay & Display car park which is £3 all evening. Please bring with you: * Notepad/ journal & pen * Yoga mat or beach towel * Water for drinking * Warm clothes to wrap up in when we are sat still * Your towel and swimwear if sea dipping
