Service Description

Our Slow-Flow class is perfect for beginners, those wanting a refresher after some time off, or those simply seeking a more mindful, grounding and relaxing flow. We move at a slower pace, focussing on foundational postures, to enable the body to gently unfold, to breath deeper, and to create space for a deeper mind-body connection. Thinking of taking your first yoga class? This one is perfect for you :) There’s so much to look forward to as someone who is new to yoga - it’s an exciting time but can feel a little daunting, and we get that. Please come as you are, and we will be over the moon to guide you with this gentle introduction to yoga. We will show you how to get the most out of your time on the mat, and how to tailor your yoga practise to get the maximum benefit for you and your body.
