Service Description

A steady-paced class for anyone looking to explore yoga postures a little more deeply. We focus on strength, balance and alignment as we work into postures like twists, backbends and balances—with clear guidance and plenty of options throughout. Compared to our flow classes (Vinyasa, Feel Good Flow and Rise & Shine), Hatha gives you more time to explore each pose and understand how it feels in your body.
