Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Service Description
Our strongest yoga class, perfect for those looking to immerse themselves more deeply in their yoga practise. Here we slow down the flow, delving further into each posture, to focus on breath work, alignment, flexibility, strength, and mental focus. You’ll be able to try out balances, backbends, twists, binds and inversions all in a safe and supportive, guided by your knowledgeable teacher. Attention is also given to ‘mind-body connection’ of yoga, where we focus on being present and mindful in the moment and keeping the breath steady, whilst challenging the body to hold and/or go deeper into the postures.
