Evening Unwind Yoga


Service Description

Indulge in all-important chill-time, unwinding from the day and easing away tension in the mind and muscles, allowing for a good night sleep and a brighter start to the following day. We follow a slow-flowing practise to build strength, awareness and harmony in your mind and body, as we link breath with movement to promote calmness. Join us - you'll be thankful that you gifted yourself this time to feel better :) This class welcomes participants of all levels, including beginners. We provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone.
