Feel Good Friday Yoga
Service Description
It’s feel good yoga! In this gentle yet warming flow, we flow smoothly through postures to bring our awareness to the present, to check in with ourselves and to find what feels good. The focus is on feeling nourished and uplifted - the mind is calmed and the body is energised. We start and end with calming breathwork and shavasana to give you feel good vibes from head to toe. Options are there to take the practise at a more relaxed pace, or to go deeper into the postures to make it stronger. It’s the perfect way to escape busy life, connect to a deeper sense of self, and feel lighter and brighter ahead of the weekend, overall feeling pretty damn good! This class welcomes participants of all levels, including beginners. We provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone.
