Fri Night Flow
Service Description
The perfect Friday night! A winning combination of slow-flow mindful yoga to begin, connecting to the body and mind, followed by medium-paced vinyasa flow yoga, moving with breath to build strength and balance. We finish with a longer than usual shavasana, including aromatherapy, breathwork, or guided meditation to travel you to a place of deep relaxation. Encouragement is given to release built-up tension from the week, to feel lighter and brighter for your weekend, and to set you up for a wonderful start to the week ahead. This class is great for all levels, as we provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone. It’s also particularly good for those progressing from a Beginners class, due to the mixture of slow and medium paced yoga. Come along yourself, or make it a date with a friend!
