A full-body workout to build strength, improve posture and tone your muscles from head to toe. We focus on smooth, controlled movements that work your core, glutes, thighs, back and arms. You’ll feel stronger, fitter and more energised after every session. Open to all levels, as each exercise is taught in stages—so you can choose the level that feels right for you.
