Through expert guidance, you'll learn to quiet the chatter of the mind, reduce stress, and enhance your focus. - We finish the class in SHAVASANA, a deeper state of relaxation, with a soothing aromatherapy NECK MASSAGE to melt away any lingering tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Come experience the serenity and rejuvenation that this very special class offers, with the focus on relaxation and the power of meditation to bring you into a state of deep calm.
