Yin & Yang Yoga
Service Description
A great combination of slow and medium flow yoga - this class has it all! Beginning with breathing exercises to centre ourselves, we drift into a medium paced yoga flow, to build heat within the body, strength and tone. Encouragement is given to release the surround as we move into the second part of the class, Yin Yoga - a slow paced style where we hold gentle postures for a longer time, relaxing into them, working wonders for flexibility. Finally we settle into guided meditation with optional head and neck massage, to aid in true relaxation. This class is great for all levels, as we provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone. It’s also particularly good for those progressing from a Beginners class, due to the mixture of slow and medium paced yoga.
